Pricing Scheme
- No special restrictions on weight
- US, Canada & UK Warehouses: Either side cannot exceed 140CM and the sum of all 3 dimensions cannot exceed 250CM.
- Japan & Korea Warehouses: Either side cannot exceed 100CM and the sum of all 3 sides cannot exceed 200CM.
- Other Warehouses: Either side cannot exceed 80CM and the sum of all 3 dimensions cannot exceed 150CM.
- Volumetric Weight can not exceed 5 times of the actual weight
Volumetric Weight = [Length (CM) x Width (CM) x Height (CM)] ÷ 6,000 x 2.2046 - If the parcel exceeds any of the above limitations, additional charges may be required. The parcel may also be rejected by the overseas warehouse or the delivery fee may be calculated by Volumetric Weight.

Consolidating Multiple Packages in One Parcel
Packages can be stored at our Hong Kong warehouse for 30 days, allowing customers to purchase products from multiple global online stores and have them conveniently delivered in one parcel (except for Chinese shipments).
Delivery Fee based on the Actual Weight
Parcel delivery fee will be calculated based on the actual weight and not the size of the parcel.
Reward Credit Program
Customers can earn rebate credits through different types of reward promotions or purchase reward credits with discount rates to pay off the delivery fee.
Single Shipment vs Bulk Shipment
Single Shipment
An order will be automatically created with all shipments which have arrived at the same day before the cut-off time. Delivery fee is based on the total chargeable weight on the arrival of the parcels in Hong Kong.
Shipment 1
Product A (1.3 lb) + Product B (1.3 lb)
= 3 (2.6) lb
Shipment 1: Chargeable weight over 0.1 pound will be rounded to the next whole pound. The final chargeable weight will be 3 lb.
Shipment 2
Product A (1.3 lb) = 2 (1.3) lb
Shipment 2: Chargeable weight over 0.1 pound will be rounded to the next whole pound. The final chargeable weight will be 2 lb.
Bulk Shipment
Packages can be stored in our Hong Kong warehouse for 30 days for consolidation at your own will. You can consolidate 15 shipments at most for each order. Delivery Fee will be calculated based on the overall chargeable weight of the bulk.
Product A (1.3 lb) + Product B (1.3 lb) + Product C (1.3 lb) = 4 (3.9) lb
Chargeable weight over 0.1 pound will be rounded to the next whole pound. The final chargeable weight will be 4 lb
When consolidating shipments from different warehouses with different prices, the delivery fee will be calculated based on the highest price rate.
Weight & Other Charges
The chargeable weight less than 1 lb will be rounded to the next whole pound for each order.
The minimum weight of a shipment is 0.2 lb, afterwards the unit of actual weight is 0.1 lb. When the actual weight is less than 0.1 pound, it will be rounded to the next 0.1 pound.
Returning parcel (Only for prohibited articles that cannot be delivered to Hong Kong): HK$50 will be charged for every Tracking Number. Additional charges may apply for local delivery.
Overdue parcel: HK$10 per day will be charged for each Tracking Number with a 45-day storage at most.
