As usual, around this time of year we are expecting a lot of shipments during Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and although the whole Buyandship team is ready to help out with all the boxes and packages, we will still need the cooperation of you, our members, to be able to deliver the parcels as quickly as possible!
Before the shipment arrives in Hong Kong, you need to know:
- Before the parcel arrives at the overseas warehouse, you should know: Our United States warehouse will work hard and do their best to arrange the check-in of every parcel as quick and efficient as possible. However, because of the large increase in the volume of goods, there might be a chance that the parcel can only be checked in after the second day of its arrival;
- Please also remember to declare your shipment on time and accurately for a smooth transfer process. Without a correct declaration, the shipment may be delayed and not transferred to our HK warehouse immediately;
- We will try our best to always send the parcels to our HK warehouse as quick as possible, but please note, that during the busy time after Thanksgiving it might take up to 3 days for us to check-in your parcel and forward to our HK warehouse;
- During this very busy discount period, it might take 1-4 days longer than usual for you to receive your parcel.
After the shipment arrives in Hong Kong, you need to know:
- If you are planning to shop for Christmas gifts, we recommend you to use our Buyandship redemption centers or eLink redemption centers to pick up your parcels to get them in time;
- Since we are expecting a large number of shipments to arrive at our warehouse, the time required to process consolidations will be slightly longer than usual, so please bear with us and thank you for your understanding.
Regarding our customer service:
- Buyandship is offering a customer-oriented service and usually we are able to answer your inquiries within 15 minutes, but due to all the messages and inquiries we will be getting during Thanksgiving please expect an average of 1-2 hours for an answer to your questions;
- Durning the non-office hours please expect an average of 4-6 hours for an answer to your questions.Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter!
