What is Bankaku Sohonpo
Bankaku Sohonpo (坂角総本舖 ゆかり) was founded in 1889 in Yokosuka (now Tokai City, Aichi Prefecture) by taking the surname and given name of the founder, Kakujiro Ban. The company creates shrimp chips called “Yukari,” which were born from creative innovations on “Ebi Hanpei,” a dish once presented to the Tokugawa family in the Edo period. These shrimp chips are made using the blessings of nature.

For the “フリガナ” in Japanese Katakana, you will need to visit the Name 變換君 website. Simply enter your Chinese name, click “Convert,” and you’ll get your name in Japanese Katakana. Copy and paste it into the website.
