Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion period is from 1 November 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive).
2. The promotion is only applicable to Buy&Ship Hong Kong members and cardholder of the Eligible Credit Card.
3. You must enter the correct promo code (the first 6 digits of your HSBC Credit Card) during the order creation process and use the same credit card to pay for the order in order to enjoy 8% discount.
4. The promo code is applicable to orders made on the Buy&Ship mobile app and Hong Kong website (https://www.buyandship.today/). The maximum discount per order is HK$400.
5. The promo code is limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Each user can use a promo code once during the promotion period.
7. Only one promo code can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless specified
8. The promo code does not apply to payment for shipping orders and express checkout orders and is non-transferable to other member accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash, other services or Buy&Ship Credits.
9. You are required to keep all original sales receipts or official payment records of the Eligible Transactions. In case of dispute, we may at any time ask you to provide these receipts or physical payment records, and/or further evidence for inspection and we may keep them.
10. The terms and conditions of the Eligible Credit Card will apply.
11. All products and services offered by Buy&Ship are only available while stock lasts. 15. The terms and conditions of the Offers are subject to the Laws of Hong Kong. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
What these terms mean
‘Eligible Credit Card’ means any Hong Kong Dollar personal primary, combined additional, separate additional credit cards or UnionPay Dual Currency credit cards (applicable to Hong Kong Dollar sub-account only) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns).
‘Eligible Transactions’ are purchases made in Hong Kong dollars with an Eligible Credit Card at Buy&Ship mobile app and Hong Kong website (https://www.buyandship.today/) and posted on system during the promotional period.
All transactions (including top-up transactions) made via e-wallets, unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions will not qualify as Eligible Transactions for this promotion.
