Relocation of Hung Hom Buyandship Redemption Centre

Starting from October 16th, 2023 (Mon), the new Buyandship Redemption Centre in Hunghom Square, 37 – 39 Ma Tau Wai Road will be officially open to serve Buyandship members. The existing Redemption Centre at Kaiser Estate Phase 2 will stop operations after November 1st, 2023 (Wed). Detailed arrangements are as follows:

  • From October 13th (Fri), Kaiser Estate Phase 2 will be removed from the Self-Pickup Points list for “Single Shipment” and Hunghom Square will be added to the Self-Pickup Points list for both “Single Shipment” and “Bulk Shipment”.
  • From October 24th (Tue), Kaiser Estate Phase 2 will be removed from the Self-Pickup Points list for “Bulk Shipment”.
  • November 1st (Wed) will be the last day for pickup at the Kaiser Estate Phase 2 Redemption Centre. All uncollected orders stored there after this date will then be auto-forwarded to the new Redemption Centre in Hunghom Square.

    New address: Shop B58, 2/F, Hunghom Square, 37 – 39 Ma Tau Wai Road, Kowloon
    Opening hours: Monday to Saturday 12pm – 8pm / Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
    Payment methods: Cash and Octopus card
