07/12 Updated the closure date of UK warehouse
The year of 2022 is about to begin! There are various festivals in the last month of 2021 and in early January of 2022 around the world. Our local and overseas warehouses will be closed during the local public holidays of the place where they are located, our Buyandship Redemption Centre will be closed during the listed public holiday as well.
Please note that our warehouses will not receive or send out parcels, nor will our warehouses update any shipment status during the closure. The holidays and closure of our warehouses are listed below.

Redemption Service
Kwai Hing Redemption Centre will close early at 6pm on Dec 21st (Tue) and Dec 24th (Fri). All Buyandship redemption centres will be closed during the local public holidays listed below.
